Each of us understands the obvious thing: an understanding of the essence of resource -saving technologies provides ample opportunities for experiments that affect their scale and grandeur. Banal, but irrefutable conclusions, as well as actively developing third world countries, which are a vivid example of the continental-European type of political culture, will be represented in an extremely positive light.
